Drain Tile is a permanent solution for Seepage issues in your basement.  Seepage where the floor meet the wall, cove joints, is a sign that Drain Tile is needed.  Also seepage through flood cracks is a sign that Drain Tile is needed as well.   Our Waterproofing Technician will jack hammer out approximately 16-18" around the perimeter of the basement. Remove all the concrete and dirt and install piping. The piping is lead to a sump pump which in turn pumps out the water. This is installed under your basement floor. We then will re-concrete the floor.
